Its my cousin's computer. Just changed a new HDD. Newly formatted, installed WinXP, installed Norton Systemworks 2003, installed Microsoft Office XP.

Give him back. Didnt setup his Streamyx for him. He dont know either - means he didnt went online, couldnt be mblast. But after that, whenever he restart, sampai Windows XP the WELCOME screen, it'll auto-restart again and again and again. Why so? What's wrong? New HDD, just added 512Mb DDR266 RAM.

Not RAM, not HDD because previous HDD also same problem. Add or no add RAM, same problem. Change or no change HDD, same problem too! Why????

Sounds very much like some driver conflict....
If the computer can boot to Safe Mode then almost confirmed its driver conflict....

RAM is the main suspect...before my Asus P4PE boarrd i was using Gigabyte GA8PE667..stupid board...

dunno good rams one...plug in 2 strips of Geil DDR 333 system either reboots upon startup screen or blue screens during boot up...

remove one...no problem...swap slots with 2 sticks still restarts..
