Which one will be cheaper? Apply line without buying a new phone have to pay deposit RM300, buying new phone & register line have to pay deposit? I'm planning to get the normal plan not those M-plans.

Standard Plan & Pro-Talk...--the differnces between Standard Plan & Pro-Talk.... --are Standard Plan with International Roaming and higher credit limit rm500.... --so if you don't need International Roaming... just go for Pro-Talk...
