8310 is DCT4 phone, therefore security code cannot be read via logomanager. DCT 4 phones security code is encrypted to prevent reading...hehehe

i know if i go zitron to update my software, my security code will be reset to default, but my phone warrantee already over. i had try to ask hp shop, they said wanna charge me rm35 just to unload, i feel it's not worth. and those not nokia authorize handphone phone i dare not to let they update, bcoz scare they install those funny funny software to my hp, like happen to 3315 change to those difference display.

who know zitron when got roadshow again? i can update software for free in nokia roadshow even warrantee expired.

no need to update the software gua
u go to any shop and see if they have any other ways to reset the phone
maybe just a few keys will do
It will be around rm10

maybe the shop save the settings..
and then flash the firmware ROM..
then install the settings
in which ur security code is resetted

is this logic?

it doesn't matter got backup my setting or not, because i got infrared, i can backup my setting anytime. I just want my security code reset but dowan install those funny underground s/w.

it cost between rm25-35, i ask already, but don't you think it's too expensive just to reset? Now my hp still usable, unless i change to another simcard then i need to key in security code.
i wanna wait till zitron roadshow, anyone know when?
