Customer service is just a trend like all other business. Remember once they are many ppl working in factory? Then everything is automated. Once there are even a trend where delivery on time or free? Now all company is going for Customer service.

Customer Service Officer should be
1. SOLVE THE PROBLEM QUICK
2. UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM

but too bad in Msia, most custonmer service is there to just Bluff and waste our time with sweet talking and lies. They can't solve our problem at all.

No point being friendly and such when u still cannot solve my problem.

Customer service trend will soon die out. It will be around but company will then invest more money maybe using a Automated Solving Machine or they will even use 3G to remotely see what is wrong with your phone. So no customer service officer involve. Just a technician.

YEap. Digi is terrible. Somehow, I got a recycled num (ending with 0000 punya la)..sure recycled.. I bought it new last mth. Till now (RIGHT NOW), still cannot login to Digi OCS to check itemised statement etc. Numerous calls and fxxxing a$s-h01es tell me that its OK, try to login. EVERY FxxxING TIME LOGIN, ALWAYS GET ERROR: COULDNT LOGIN AS UR BYND PPD A/C IS NO LONGER ACTIVE> WAT THE Fxxx!!!! Im using the # and its telling me NO LONGER ACTIVE. HUH! Useless digi...........

Sorry sorry, i ord MMS to President, KK & Davidz mah. Overall, SL55 is a very small phone with internal have 1.62mb to use. 4096STN colour screen. Support AMR, MID, BMP, JPG, GIF...... can set caller group. Batt life, at this moment can use for 2 days. On at night. Only think don't have is bluetooth. I think better then SE T600. Cause have MMS & Colour. Slide very cool when answer phone. Very cool also. Keypad button too small. Not good for big hands like us. Screen saver, can be change, with Analog Clock, Chinese Calender, Pic, and totally blank on the phone. Firmware can be update thru siemens web page. overall very cool phone. Love it so much. Poly very loud, for sure louder then T610.
