I asked for a 3610 data cable and the shop owner gave me a 8210 data cable. He says it can also be used for 8250, 3610 and 2100. It works for 8210 and 8250 but it cannot work for my second hand 3610. Can any one of you confirm that the 8210 cable can be used for 3610 or is it that my 3610 is faulty. The cable has a switch to select F Bus or M Bus.

software and hardware (cable)'s switch must have matching mode - Mbus=Mbus, or Fbus=Fbus
