On that same day, I have an emergency. Need to go back to My home town to solve some family problem (sorry, I don't like to discuss my personal matter with stranger, don't ask what Is my problem). (Send the copy of my booking ticket and boarding pass to Admin and her Today).

the next day she e-mail me (16.2.2006):
Not getting any response from you. Try to call, but the voice said "we
are not getting a repsonse from the DIGI no. you have dial".
I can only send reply the next day since I'm a little bit busy and cannot find internet or CC. I closed my HP since I'm on an aeroplane and don't open until friday. I don't open them frequently since I don't want my friends call and ask where I am and since It is a "working" phone number, my customer might call me and then mad at me the next day after their realize I'm in Sabah.
This same day she send an e-mail to feedback:
Title: suspicious seller
I have won item 2638805 amount RM45, try to contact seller's mobile phone to make verification and confirmation before I make a payment. But, the hp more than 12 times calls, yet still not getting response. Kindly need help?

PS: Sorry, I'm in Sabah right now. Got some family problem to solve.
I will only be back next week. Will e-mail you again If I'm already
in Selangor. Sorry for any inconvenience.

She pay on the same day. 17.2.2006, I reply back to her:
Hi! Thanks for the prompt payment. I will let u know as soon as i get
back from sabah. Sorry for any inconvenience again and hope you

she without anymore e-mail just rate me neutral with this wording:
He gave a family matter reason, I need to wait for him come back from Sabah.

send the Item just now via poslaju (send the copy of the poslaju to her and feedback)

I don't mind If she want to rate me neutral. No matter, It is her right.
But If she cannot wait, need to settle this trade very fast (1 day cannot contact me already said that I'm a suspicious selller?), Is it fair to me as a seller?
This trade only take 5 working day from 15, 16, 20, 21 and 22. Am I wrongly do my trade?

I don't ask for you to retract your feedback to me. I even Don't want your money, already send it back with the item. Thank you very much but look like you needed it most then me. Don't try to send it back or transfer it to me. Sorry.
I don't tell lie to you. I never tell liar to my customer. I really come back home because having a family problem. Do you have a family? Do you care for them?
Just give that money to your daughter, son, brother, sister or even your parents. sorry, but so pity in this modern world. Still got people who don't want to understand people problem but just wanna accuse people. Just want to think negative about other people.
