2nd hand items value are very subjective
For electronic stuff, as long as the price intended to sell is less than the retail price for a new 1, i think it's 'ethically' ok, maybe some seller's expectation are just too high
Eventually it will still comes to the buyer/s decision whether the price is worth the goods
I still remember a seller selling a laptop, he purchased it at RM5k, and the price he wans to sell off after 6 months used is RM7k! I dunno if any of u remember, but the reason why he wans to sell at RM7k is because the laptop is used by him (some normal joe jane fella whose name i never heard of also), and that makes the laptop special.......this kinda sellers SUCKS

depend on you but I don't think it worth to buy

better buy new electronic items...2nd hand in my experience is very dependent on luck to purchase problem free items
