i tought that celcom has 10 & 20 bucks reload coupon. but the only thing is you must get it at the celcom office lah. or maybe the autorized dealers can do it for you too...

celcom is kinda weird for the Xcel/Celcom Prepaid Mobile (those $168 blue type simpacks, not the usual red/green Xplore; Xceed that u see normally).

U have to pay to use the network (hence network access) - $230 can last you 6 months, etc. It's like paying for thin air. In addition to NW access mentioned earlier in this paragraph, u also need to pay for AIRTIME (talktime). If ur NW access is 4 mths left but airtime is 0, cannot call out.

Before u ask why ppl are so stupid to pay for this NW access aka thin air, it's because Xcel offers 0.30c/min calls in a PREPAID plan. works out to about $38/mth access fee if u take 230 divide by 6mths ;-)

Epay ah .. cost exactly Im not sure.. but u prepay in ur 'epay' account then u get a machine.. from the acc u can buy the coupon (various types) to sell lor.
The machine talks to the service number via normal fixed line. This is to enable it to get a coupon number from epay
