This is a real case that happened in Prangin Mall,
Penang. I*e
become a victim, and I really don* want to see
anybody become the
next victim. So, if you want to buy a hand phone
please read this
article!
I have bought a hp from a shop named ?TOP WORLD
COMMUNICATION
ENTERPRISE? the shop is right opposite KENNY ROGER
ROASTER at the
ground floor of Prangin Mall.
They collect defective hand phones and sell to
customers. This is
the technique that they are using, and this is what
I have faced. A
salesman named Jacky and Felix who will first ask
you what is the price you have heard, and then they will offer a
cheaper price. So
that you will feel satisfy and become less
cautious. When you are
still happy for have bought a cheap hp, they
already packed
everything. They purposely give you no time to
check the functions
of the hand phone.
You will realize the problem of the hp after you go
back, for my
case, is the LCD display problem. Next morning,
when I went back to
the shop and asked them to change the same model
hand phone without
display problem for me, they started to turn
another face to me.
They said that I broke it when get back home, in
fact, I found the
hand phone has LCD problem just after I switch on
the hp. The
salesman-Jacky said he wouldn* be responsible
anymore after goods
were sold. He refused to settle my hp problem and
also cheated me
and said, no more same model hp left; in fact they
still have two
more left. When I said change other model for me
and I*l add some
money, they said my hand phone worth only half of
the original
price!! Please think what will you feel when you
have been treated
badly and cheated by such irresponsible and
dishonest person?
The salesman-Jacky and Felix, and all their members
in Prangin Mall
and Komtar wear sky blue T-Shirt uniform. So, next
time when you want to buy hp, please be careful and recognize the
shop or counter name ?TOP WORLD COMMUNICATION ENTERPRISE? This shop
also has a
counter in Komtar just inside the HOT MARKET!!
