Thank you for subscribing to Hotlink Prepaid. With immediate effect, the VoiceMail service can only be activated upon request.
Please call our Customer Care Consultants at 1-300-820-120* to activate your VoiceMail service.
Instructions to use and retrieve your VoiceMail remain the same.
This addendum supersedes the content stated in Page 10 of the User Guide.
*Local call charges apply.

That mean, new activation card doesn't automatically activate the voicemail. Is it good? :D

if u want to activate your VoiceMail service just do like this ma!
Press *109# and send will activate the VoiceMail.
Press #109# and send will cancel the VoiceMail.
This servies only for Hotlink Prepaid.

Once u have deactivate the voicemail with pressing ##109#, u can't activate back the voicemail. Unless u are postpaid user. Press **109# also no use 1. Last time I call Hotlink to activate back my voicemail, they dun want to activate back my voicemail because I'm a prepaid user. :mad: This time I dunno la.
For celcom user press ##002# to deactivate the voicemail(if u already apply for deactivate the voicemail by calling helpline)
Activate back celcom voicemail press:
*61*17(your last 7 digit celcom number) - Voicemail when not answer
*62*17(your last 7 digit celcom number)- voicemail when phone off/no coverage
*67*17(your last 7 digit celcom number)- voicemail when busy
DiGi user can deactivate all Divert by pressing ##002#(no need to enter menu to deactivate mah) :D

I think u press *109#, after than u must call 112 to go voice mail to press ur password.
After this, u just can activate back hotlink voicemail.
I think voice mail waste many ppl money!
If u don have use voice mail! Please cancel the voice mail now!

so if the ppl i call have voice mail!
i never mind! because 2sec is free. :D
sometimes it's about the urgency of the message. and not all due to the $$. yeah you can save a few cents, but for sms, are you sure it's going to get thru .. ?

well .. im not living with my parents, and if they cant get me to answer the call, they get very very worried. and sometimes sms doesnt go thru. thats my situation lo ..

Like my father! every month the phone bil have about RM10 for the call 1sec 1!

haha..cool.. i wonder does it work fer postpaid users...
postpaid celcom doesnt charge u for sms sent to "invalid" (terminated) numbers, and i dun seem to see any 1 sec. calls.... yet
