the TNB not doing its job in my area

since around feb, march, this problem already started
there's always blackout

back then, it is 4,5 times a week

but these few months it getting worse...
maybe 3,4 times a DAY!

example, yesterday there is blackout 4 (FOUR!) times in one day...


i dono what they doing...
i call them (my area number 7332020), they always push me to another number, another number push to another number (starts with 9... not even my area...)

the operator answering the phone really not professional... and said really biadap. Want to complain one blackout also call 3,4 numbers also cannot done.

Then i email them from their webside, also no answer... send so many mails already..

i got many thing spoil in my house already, my TV dead, i already got many many MANY harddisk kena bad sector, my air cond not working, the fridge just fixed...


then the local station here... no lock at the gate.. no door on the station.... check out the picture below. The station already like this for months...

And my next knee jerk advice is to ....

buy a UPS for that system of yours .... aiyo .... the total spoilt hdd combined can buy a nice UPS oledi ooorrr .... at least it will jaga your pc from over-voltage and allow U to shut down nicely in cases of black-out lor ....

Maybe U shud try get the TNB CEO email and complaint to him regularly .... Ekekekeke ....
