Tai-Chi is the art of regulating breath / chi throughout one's body to promotes, blood circulation & air throughout the body's system...
Even Tai-Chi also ...got people abuse..

Check the government's departments nowadays ..

1) Recently a fellow businessman just transferred his business to a new address. According to the new ruling on the ISO....piagam pelanggan it shouldn't take more than 1 month ,
- his took 3 months..
- in the process he went through and fro the majlis but he has been told;
i) The Pengarah is not in...busy outstation meeting
ii) Pengarah cuti...back in two weeks
- And this poor chap dare not open his shop for 3 months for fear of summons ( they are quick in summons ) so he lost 3 months of business and also income ...that came to more than RM15K.

2) Its the norm for all businesses in Sitiawan to get summoned RM300 ( for operating without an approved licence ). All these new businesses applied for their relevant licences but none got approved in within the one month's stipulated period.. ( they carried on with their business after one month because the processes took too long ) and thus got summoned lor..

Amazingly...only after the summons are paid, premise licences are approved..

There has been numerous complaints on this matter, yet they still proceed with their summons and wouldn't take anything into concern. Mind you, these people are not karaoke or pub operators, they are decent people looking to start a business why torture them with a 3-month wait ?

What kind of practice is this ?

I really hope our ISO is of any use because its sure doesn't reflect in the Majlis over here.

this is a pretty common sight with ...... our majlis..of renewal/new licenses....
even to apply license for pasar malam also not easy for traders.... that is why you get a lot of illegal traders..not to say they dont want to apply for license..they cant even get the license........... at all...
in order to get your license...... "ppl would always advise you to ..cari lubang.....".
no jalan.... means.. no approval.......... even like for approval for house plan.... or any renovation plan..some take up to 6months or 1 year.... if you know someone inside..or.... ahem... then probably you get it faster...application...this is how they work... :D

Strictly speaking, this is not tai chi but our civil service's "business model"... by intentionally delaying approval of your application, they hope that you will start your business without a license so that they can summon you & increase their revenue...   and then, after you have paid the "fine" (or "toll" or "bribe" as some people will call it), only then will they approve your application....

Then should keep the branch head around...

But should fire those who dilly-dally while working.

When some new people took over the managerial role,
at first they're very energetic, friendly. Meet public lah, accept interview lah, cakap pasal fikiran dia lah.........
1 year later, inherited all the bad habits of his predecessor.

Bomba? OMG.
Bomba very often late to the scene.
Somemore, heavy bribery practise too.
After they put off the fire, they will put 'angpow' packets at the victim's place.
Empty ones, for victim to fill in.
Assuming a row of houses on fire, you want them to save yours first. Can, pay loh.
If you need a report for fire insurance claim, pay loh.
