Need the help of all the HP gurus in the market:

if I just need a phone for making calls and sending SMS, what's the best budget HP? Voice quality & price takes top priority, other functions are irrelevant.

alcatel series ... among the lowest SAR values.
OR 2ndhand 5210. Cheap enuff ma.. also low SAR... 0.60
compared to 331x which is damn high! 0.96

take 5110 if u want damn simple phone... the 5110 very good reception + v.good voice quality. Also battery lasts 10-11 days on 98% standby + a little 2 minute talktime. (cos its my backup line - charge 3 times a mth if u never use). Can sell u mine if u wan - $70, with a "like new" battery + 3 original Nokia covers (bought from KTS klang)
