First picture is the registration card of her Fiat Brava, WFX 1501, for all forumers, make sure you don't buy this car as it seems to be beyond repair..:rolleyes: , whatever she promised you, she won't do, just cheat your deposit..:cool:

Picture number 3 is her sms to me, promised that she will do the repair..:cool:

Now she is going to prepare a receipt of it.
YPL please e-mail to me the receipt and please get more info for which workshop she has sent her car to repair. This info would be very important for you to win the case if not the situation looks like she is on the winning side, not you.
According to situation with gentlemen promise, once you have put down deposit even it is a junk you must take it at agreeable price.
Now is she had promise YPL to repair the car but YPL does not seem like the condition of the car after repaired. In no matter what situation YPL must take the car and you have no rights to offer her at RM4000 since you already promised to take the car at RM8000.

AMPANG: An enraged boyfriend allegedly strangled his girlfriend for two-timing him.

The body of Siti Hajar Abdul Razak, 27, was found sprawled on the bed of their 15th floor apartment in Pandan Indah by a team of policemen.

The boyfriend, 32, gave himself up at the Pandan Indah police station and led police to the apartment yesterday.

He is said to have confronted Siti Hajar who worked at a nightclub in the city, at about 3.15pm on Sunday and had accused her of having an affair with another man.

The woman, who is from Perlis, is said to have had denied the accusation and a heated argument ensued.

After strangling her, the boyfriend, who sells clothes at the Selayang market, fled to his hometown in Negri Sembilan where he later confessed to his family that he had murdered his girlfriend.

His family members persuaded him to give himself up and brought him to the police station at about 5pm.

Siti Hajar's body was sent to Hospital Kuala Lumpur for a post-mortem.

Ampang OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Jalil Hassan said police have classified the case as murder under Section 302 of the Penal Code.

i think i can say that Siti Hajar Othman comes from CON's FAMILY..:cool: the whole family is cheating and do the same denial..:cool: , the family even challenge police to go to their house wor...so powerful ???:eek: :eek:
