Seller has no customer service at all. Very very slow in responding your mails or even phone calls.

Have sent item bought from seller for warranty repair and received the main item. Seller did not send several missing items back to me. Have requested seller to send items since tree weeks ago and I have yet to receive any.

Have tried contacting seller but seller not responding at all.

So purchase items from seller ONLY if you want such hassle.

wingloo...where never provide the seller-link (so at least will discourage others from buying from him and in turn teach him to be honest). Just my 2cent.:)

Many links as this seller is a verified and lelong shop seller. The seller is based in Sarawak. Until now, the seller is still not responding to my mails or phone call.

Based on the many sentiments in lelong forum, the lelong admin will probably not do anything to protect buyers.

I see that this is not the first time this Bidfan seller has complains against him.
