Hang Zhou is the B2B Town of China. Few successful worldwide B2B site born there and still operate from there. People there are quite business minded and entrepreneur. (of course that's same for the rest of china), but give it sometime, you will be able to differentiate it.

Wish you enjoy your trip there and don't forget people here. :-)

Hey man, if u go to the night market in china, remember always target your wanted price at only 10-20% of the price initially suggested by the market guy
Been there a few times and always managed to get stuff at 20% of the original market price, some even less than 10%, they wan to 'zuk sui yu'
Eh..only applies to china, u do tht in Petaling Street u come back with a handful of rude words and cursing only

Eh..only applies to china, u do tht in Petaling Street u come back with a handful of rude words and cursing only20% only??? always target for 50% first, I have been there a couple of times and nego at 50% off the original price and most of the time I manage to get half price off the original price. Even some also i manage to get a 60 to 70% discount also.

i mean pay only 20% la, not ask for 20% discount, in china's market i never pay more than 30% of the original price, means i asked for 70% discount at least, surprisingly most of my purchase ended up with the seller smiling so happily, perhaps should ask for 90% discounts

u asked for 50% discount only sure they all smiling inside their heart damn happily, cost AFAIK their cost usually is less than 10% for night market stuff
