Lelong Payment Services for Sellers (Maybank2u)

We have upgraded our payment system to allowed buyer paying for their items via lelong maybank2u.com to sellers. The money which the buyer pay to lelong will immediately top up to sellers iaccount. Sellers can withdraw from their iaccount anytime they want it.

Buyers -> Pay to lelong for items via maybank2u -> Seller withdraw from lelong.

The upgrade will help to :

1. Speed up transaction.

a. Buyers do not need to know your bank account
b. Buyers do not need to update sellers their payment details, as our system automatically inform sellers payment being made, they can ship the goods immediately upon checking thier iaccount.
c. You can have more time to do your business rather than handling all the tedious jobs in dealing with banking details.

2. Optional for Store Members - This is an optional services for our all store member sellers, you can opt to use it by setting up your store account. (It will be further extended to all sellers)

a. Login, Choose Store Setting, Payment Instruction.You should see it there.
Store --> Store setting --> Payment Instruction.

3. Turning Pissed to Peace - We will make it compulsory for some sellers whom you are unable to handle your payment well or sellers whom we always have complaint that you can't trace or having problem tracing payment. With this, you don't need to trace anymore, we save you time and save our resources in handling all the nasty complaint originated from your transaction. We will take the payment processing role and the responsibilities.

It will also be compulsory if we have doubt on your account, we will turn off your payment options and replace with our system.

4. Easy Track and Trace - You can easily find the payment made to you via your iAccount or transaction ID.

There's no dispute whether you have received the payment or you have not. It also save your time to check each of the transaction via bank in slips. Our system will also allowed you to trace who's the buyers who pay to you. If there's any missing payment claim by buyers, we will take responsibilities to trace for you and update to your iaccount.

5. Fees - Yes, there's always fees. Maybank charge a fees for every transaction we received. Thus, we passed on the fees to you. For each of the transaction, you will be charge 3.5%. However, our system allowed you to decide if you want to further pass on this charges to your buyers. So, pls don't blame us for the fees, until the day bank decided internet payment is FOC, we will then waived it.

The 3.5% fees will be charge when you withdraw your iaccount. Thus, it will not appear in each of the transaction.

6. Withdrawer - There's a withdrawer charges of RM2.00, each time you request the money. As we need to issue cheque or do a online transfer, there are fees charge on us. Thus, the same, for each withdrawer, we will charge Rm2.00.

So, we advice you cumulate up to an amount before you withdraw it.

7. Improvement - We will keep improving this payment system and incorporate new bank. We look forward for feedback from users so that we can make it one of the best system in Malaysia.

8. Your money - You can't use this money to buy items. We are just a party assisting you to process payment from buyers. We don't refund any payment make to your iaccount to buyers, unless as a sellers, you request for it.

9. All your bid and buynow button will have a "Buynow with Lelong Payment" , "Bid & pay with Lelong Payment"
