How to Read The New Feedback Profile of Member

We have make some changes to rating system. All your rating stay, however, additional calculation are added to provide buyer and seller a different dimension to look at each others profile.

We emphasis more on the number of members who give you feedback rather than just feedback from any one and any transaction. At the same time, we have also added in the value of the transaction to the feedback listing to show each and everyone how value in each of the transaction and feedback.

This will allowed our member to work out their own mathematics to form their own evaluation model.

What is number of members who give you feedback (here we refer to Unique Feedback)

If 5 people each bid 2 items and won it. All 5 give you a positive feedback, you will then have this :

5+¹⁰ 5 positive unique feedback / 10 positive feedback.

Here's the guide on reading the feedback :

1. Feedback Score = Positive Unique Feedback - Negative Unique Feedback

2. Positive Feedback in % = ( Positive Unique Feedback - Negative Unique Feedback ) / Total Unique Feedback

3. 25+⁴⁰ refer to 25 members place a total of 40 good feedback.

i've been waiting for this for a while... but can you make the total positive feedback number a bit bigger in size ah? kinda small doncha tink???

To ADMIN, I agree with Bino, If only you could increase the size of the TOTAL POSITIVE FEEDBACK then everything will be just perfect. Although the new format is a good idea, several members I met are unhappy with the way it appears jumbled up. Thanks again
